Chennai-based electric motorcycle brand Raptee.HV has begun handing over its first bikes to customers in Bengaluru. The company announced the update on 18 September 2026. Until now, the brand only had a retail presence in the city through its recently opened showroom.
A New Phase for the Brand
The start of handovers marks a shift for Raptee.HV in Bengaluru. The company had launched its first showroom there recently, and deliveries are the next stage of its plan for the city. Bengaluru is known as one of India's strongest markets for premium and electric two-wheelers, which is why the brand picked it early in its expansion.
What the Company's Chief Said
Dinesh Arjun, CEO and Co-Founder of Raptee.HV, called Bengaluru a key market for the firm. He said starting handovers in the city is an important step for the brand. Arjun added that the team has worked on bringing down waiting periods and wants to keep the ownership experience smooth and dependable for every rider in Bengaluru.
Service Support Within the City
To back new owners, the company has set up a dedicated service centre at 1st Sector, HSR Layout. The facility runs Monday to Saturday and is staffed by a team of four. Buyers can therefore get after-sales care without leaving the city.
Why It Counts
A common worry among electric vehicle buyers is whether a young brand will stand behind its product after the sale. Having a service point ready alongside the showroom helps address that concern. Raptee.HV describes itself as India's first electric motorcycle maker with Electric Car DNA, and its bikes run on the company's own HV-Tec technology.
What Lies Ahead
The firm says it will keep growing its retail, delivery and customer support network across important Indian markets as it expands in the electric motorcycle space. It has not yet shared which cities come next. Buyers in Bengaluru who want details can visit the showroom or the HSR Layout service centre.
